Greenland Mines Ltd operates across two segments: natural resources and cell and gene therapy. Its resources arm is focused on exploring for palladium, gold, and platinum, centered on the exploration and development of the Skaergaard project in Southeast Greenland. On the therapeutics side, the company is developing KLTO-202, a gene therapy targeting the treatment and prevention of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and KLTO-101, aimed at treating or preventing Alzheimer's disease, alongside therapies for Parkinson's and other age-related conditions. Previously known as Klotho Neurosciences, Inc., the company adopted its current name in March 2026. It is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.
