InvestingProphet provides educational analytics and research tools — company screening, calculated fair value estimates, and valuation signals — for publicly traded companies. It is provided "as is" for informational purposes only, as described in our Disclaimer.

You need an account to use most features. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. A free plan and a paid Pro plan (billed monthly at the price shown at checkout) are available. Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal, which stops future renewals. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remainder of a billing period, except where required by law.
You agree not to scrape, systematically extract, or resell data from InvestingProphet; attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or circumvent the service (including subscription gating); or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit or block access that we reasonably believe violates this section.
The InvestingProphet name, design, and underlying valuation methodology are the property of the operator. Underlying financial data originates from third-party sources (SEC EDGAR, Financial Modeling Prep) and remains subject to those providers' own terms.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including the acceptable use section above, with or without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestingProphet and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any investment decisions made using information from this site. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
