Its principal assets are concentrated in the Ellenberger formation within Coleman County, with additional holdings in Jack and Palo-Pinto Counties. As of March 1, 2022, the firm possessed approximately 29 thousand barrels of proved oil reserves and 150 million cubic feet of proved natural gas reserves. Established in 2014, the company was formerly known as International Western Petroleum, Inc. before changing its name to Norris Industries, Inc. in February 2018. The corporate headquarters are situated in Weatherford, Texas.
